At home, an adult 21+ may keep up to 2 pounds of cannabis flower. The statute sets no separate home amount for concentrate or edibles, so the 8-gram concentrate and 800 mg THC edible limits apply at home too.

How old do you have to be?
You must be 21 or older to buy, possess or use adult-use cannabis or hemp-derived THC products in Minnesota; the exception is medical cannabis patients, who may possess medical cannabis products and use them other than by smoking or vaping. What hours can stores sell cannabis?
Businesses licensed or endorsed to sell cannabis flower or cannabis products at retail cannot sell between 2 a.m. and 8 a.m. Monday through Saturday or between 2 a.m. and 10 a.m. Sunday, and a city or county can also ban sales in any period from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. or from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday through Saturday. These hours bind cannabis retail licensees, not hemp-only retailers, whose licenses do not cover cannabis flower or cannabis products.
