Can you drive after using cannabis in Minnesota?
Driving while under the influence of cannabis or hemp THC is a crime under Minnesota's DWI law. There is no fixed THC blood limit: the “any amount” rule for Schedule I/II drugs expressly excludes cannabis, so impairment has to be shown.

Can you use cannabis in a car?
Using cannabis in a motor vehicle is prohibited, as is using or possessing it at public or charter schools (including school vehicles) and in state prisons, and smoking or vaping it where a minor would inhale the smoke or vapor. Medical cannabis patients and their registered caregivers are exempt from the vehicle and school bans when they possess medical cannabis products or use them other than by smoking or vaping.
